Wood Finishes in Bangalore

Four days for a 3BHK while we both worked from home. Every evening the rooms were put back together so we could actually live in them. The cut-in lines at the ceiling are dead straight.

We were in Chennai the entire time. Photos twice a day, no surprise costs, and the flat was ready on the exact handover date we gave them.

The damp on our ground floor wall had come back twice with other contractors. They spent a morning finding where the water was actually entering. Two monsoons later the wall is still dry.

Three night shifts, low-odour paint, and we opened at seven every morning with no smell and nothing out of place. They understood that closing was not an option.

Eleven years since our last repaint, and a wedding date to hit. They finished in nine days and moved every piece of heavy furniture back themselves.

They told me I did not need the full putty work another contractor had quoted for, and showed me why on the wall. That honesty saved us around forty thousand rupees.

They made a sample panel on the actual wall and made us look at it at night before starting. Good thing, because the first shade went flat under our lights.

Nine blocks, harnessed crews, proper scaffolding and a daily progress sheet for the committee. The paperwork side was as organised as the painting.

Our main door had gone grey from sun. They stripped it back, matched the stain to the window frames, and it looks better than when the house was built.
